I believe many people have played with remote control cars, at least they have seen them before. Let’s follow the editor to learn about remote control cars.
The principle of remote control toy car
Generally, a 4-channel wireless remote control encoding and decoding chip is used. For example, the encoding chip PT2262 and the decoding chip PT2272. PT2272 is a chip for decoding. The encoding signal sent by the encoding chip PT2262 is composed of address code, data code, and synchronization code to form a complete code word. After the decoding chip PT2272 receives the signal, its address code is checked twice. After that, the VT pin outputs a high level, and at the same time the corresponding data pin also outputs a high level. If the sender keeps pressing the button, the encoding chip will continue to transmit. When the transmitter is not pressed, the PT2262 is not powered on, and its 17 pin is low, so the 315MHz high-frequency transmitter circuit does not work. When a button is pressed, the PT2262 is powered on, and its 17th pin is output. The modulated serial data signal, when pin 17 is at high level, the 315MHz high-frequency transmitting circuit starts to oscillate and emits equal amplitude high-frequency signals, when pin 17 is at low level, the 315MHz high-frequency transmitting circuit stops oscillating, so high The frequency transmitting circuit is fully controlled by the digital signal output by pin 17 of PT2262, so as to complete the amplitude keying (ASK modulation) of the high frequency circuit, which is equivalent to the amplitude modulation with a modulation degree of 100%.
Remote control car charging circuit
Since the miniature wireless remote control car is relatively small and there is no space to install the AA battery, the manufacturer uses three button batteries in series. When the remote control car is out of power, plug the plug in the remote control handle into the socket of the remote control car to charge it. The working principle of the charging circuit is shown in the dotted line in Figure 1.
When the mini-car has no electricity, after inserting the plug in the remote control handle into the remote control car, the +6V voltage in the remote control enters the remote control car charging circuit through the connection socket, and this voltage is added to the C pole of the transistor VT7; at the same time, it also passes through the resistor R21, The resistor R23 is added to the B pole and the E pole of the transistor VT4; it is added to the B pole and the C pole of the transistor VT3 through the resistor R20, the resistor R25, and the capacitor C10. Since the voltage across the capacitor C10 cannot change suddenly, a certain bias turn-on voltage is provided to the B pole of the transistor VT3, the transistor VT3 is turned on, and the C pole potential decreases, and the B pole potential of the transistor VT4 decreases and turns on, +6V The voltage passes through the E and C poles of the transistor VT4, the resistor R18 is added to the B pole of the transistor VT7, the transistor VT7 is turned on, and starts to charge the battery pack in the remote control car; at the same time, the voltage is charged through the resistor R22 to the capacitor CH, and the charging indicator LED1 bright. When the capacitor CH is charged, a certain bias is provided to the B pole of the transistor VT3, which accelerates the conduction of the transistors VT3, VT4, and VT7. Then the charging current of the capacitor becomes smaller and smaller, and the transistors VT3, VT4, and VT7 correspond to each other. In the cut-off state, the charging indicator LED1 is off, indicating the end of charging the battery pack in the remote control car.
Britain launches the world's largest remote control toy tank
Weighing 250 kilograms, this tank claims to be the largest remote-controlled tank in the world
China News Service, December 19, according to Hong Kong's "Ta Kung Pao" quoting foreign news reports on the 19th, a British company has launched a giant remote-controlled tank with so much horsepower that even a car can be pulled. It must be all the boys. The ideal Christmas gift. This toy tank is based on the "Tiger King" tank used by the Germans to severely damage the Allied forces during World War II, and appears in front of players in the form of a one-to-four model. This camouflage-colored toy tank is six feet long and weighs 250 kilograms. It has a real working turret and a two-foot long barrel. A loudspeaker is also installed inside the tank to make the rumble of the tank clear and audible. The tank is propelled by two 500-watt, 24-volt motors, so powerful that it can pull a car on flat ground. This tank is the best robot vehicle sold by the "Mark I" tank company in Easton, Winchester, Hampshire, England, and claims to be the largest remote-controlled tank in the world. The mini version of this tank is priced at one hundred pounds each. But with the official version of all other equipment installed, the price will be as high as 10,000 pounds. Other available tank models include the famous American "Sherman" tank, the German "Tiger One" and the Russian "T34" tank.
Spencer, the founder of the company, introduced that since he bought a crude tank from Russia, he began to assemble his own tank by himself. He said: "I will push it into a profitable niche market, but I think the buyers of these tanks are just thinking about trying to find the coolest toys. And these tanks are all boys dream of. Toys."
All large tanks of the same level are assembled by Spencer himself in his warehouse, and only small tanks with a ratio of one to thirty-five are assembled by buyers themselves.
He said: "Some components are made in Russia, and the engine is made in China. All parts are assembled by me."
He added: "We have more than 20 models, but my favorite is the German "Tiger King", because it is the most eye-catching and famous in wars, and everything that hits it will fly away. Annihilation."
The 69-ton prototype "Tiger King" tank has very heavy armor and powerful long-range guns, which compares all tanks of the Allied and Soviet forces. This situation is especially common in the western battlefield, because the British and American troops have almost no heavy tanks to parry there. Even the U.S. ace tank "Sherman" cannot penetrate the "Tiger King" seven-inch thick armor when firing at close range.
